Luxe Laundry, Inc.
General Service Policy
Laundry Luxe, Inc. provides professional wash, dry, and fold laundry services with the highest level of care. While we take every precaution to protect your garments, customers acknowledge that laundering always carries a small risk due to fabric condition, manufacturer defects, or prior wear.
By using our services, you agree to the policies and disclosures outlined below.
Garment Condition
Luxe Laundry, Inc. is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Weak or worn fabrics
- Loose buttons, embellishments, or decorations
- Color bleeding from improperly dyed fabrics
- Existing stains that become visible after washing
- Shrinkage caused by manufacturer labeling errors
20-lb minimum will be charged for laundry service regardless of the weight
Customers should check pockets before submitting laundry. Luxe Laundry, Inc. is not responsible for items left in pockets.
Stain Removal
We make reasonable efforts to treat stains; however:
- Stain removal is not guaranteed.
- Some stains may become permanent after washing.
- Heat from drying may set stains that were not identified beforehand.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged due to our handling:
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
- Compensation is limited to 10 times the service charge for that garment, not exceeding the current fair market value of the item.
- Receipts or proof of value may be required.
- A $10 missed pickup fee of $10.00 will be applied and charged if the driver is unable to access the laundry within (5) five minutes
Luxe Laundry, Inc. is not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Delicate or Specialty Items
Customers should notify us before sending:
- Silk
- Wool
- Cashmere
- Leather
- Items labeled “Dry Clean Only”
If these items are included in standard laundry without notification, Luxe Laundry, Inc. is not liable for potential damage.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Equipment maintenance
- Weather conditions
- Operational issues
Unclaimed Laundry
Laundry left unclaimed for 5 days or more may be donated or disposed of at the discretion of Laundry Luxe, Inc.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing personal items from pockets
- Informing us of delicate fabrics
- Identifying stains that require special treatment

Luxe Laundry , Inc. reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
